Feeling confused/ depressed or lowliness
* Do not sit alone.... talk to someone you trust and open your heart. Share your thoughts, problems look for help.
* Hold hand of someone time of emotional support, do not lock yourself at home/room
* Stay calm and don not loose patience time of crisis or problem speak to yourself as well
* Talk to yourself also that gives confidence to face challenges
* Remember people will ready to help you when you tell them truth
Life is Precious please do not do suicide, there is always a way if you can not find hold hands
